What We Do
Global Capital Resources JAS, LLC focuses on physical commodities transactions involving real product, serious counterparties, and executable commercial structures. We work to advance opportunities that are practical, scalable, and designed for real-world performance.
We are currently advancing two substantial transactions. The first is a scrap metal program for HMS 1 and HMS 2, structured on an 80:20 or 70:30 basis, intended to support high-volume and recurring ferrous scrap supply. This transaction is designed for buyers seeking dependable access to long-term monthly deliveries.
The second is an EN590 fuel transaction, FOB Rotterdam, beginning with an initial 100,000 metric ton spot lift and offering the potential to scale into a recurring supply arrangement of up to 300,000 metric tons per month. This allows buyers to start with an immediate transaction while establishing a pathway to larger ongoing volumes from a globally recognized trading hub.
